Standard order cancelations
We pride ourselves on our speedy order processing. If you want to cancel and order after you have been send an order confirmation email, you must contact us immediately by return email.
Our standard cancelation fee is $20 USD. Credits will be processed through the institution used to make the order payment less the cancelation fee.
Order cancelation after Order Processing Notification
We will only consider order cancellation requests provided they are received with sufficient time for us to cancel the order’s pickup. Once we have commence preparing your order for shipment, you will receive an Order Invoice and notification that our warehouse is preparing the order for shipment including booking the courier pickup.
The cancellation fee for orders after invoicing is $20 + 15% of the order value. Any credits will be processed through the institution used to make the order payment less the cancelation fee.
Return of Sex toys and Intimates
Please choose your purchase carefully. We do not accept returns of Sex toys and intimates beyond the scope of warranty claims for defects in manufacturing. Sex toys and intimates cannot be returned for credit due to buyer’s remorse. Sex toys and intimates that are returned as part of a warranty claim are disposed of. They will not be recycled or repurposed due to health and safety concerns. As a consequence, any consideration of a refund for returns not directly related to a warranty claim will be at the sole discretion of Max Private.
