Covid-19 shipment issues and response

We have seen Covid-19 cause some delays for international shipments. The biggest issue seems to be queues for flights and backlogs in customs. We are monitoring all shipments more closely since the beginning of March to make sure our shipments are going through to our customers.

International couriers all rely on the cargo hold of passenger flights for small parcels. With so many international passenger flights being cancelled, even couriers with their own fleet of aircraft are having trouble maintaining a consistent service. We are now confirming the shipping schedules daily with our freight forwarders. We will always select the best/fastest providers on a day-by-day basis.

Rest assured that our tracking systems ensure that all our shipments get to where they should, but to help make you, our customer, feel better about the current shipping environment, we are offering free shipping for orders to the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This policy will remain in place for the foreseeable future.

To help keep our customers safe we have more information on the transmission of the virus on our Order processing and delivery page.
